    Have you ever wondered what it would be like to choose all those wonderful fabrics that are sold in our shop? Are you curious about how fabric is designed from artwork to the printing process?  We have invited Vic Dadika, the National Sales Manager for Northcott, to our shop on Saturday, February 4, 10:30am to Noon or 2:00pm to 3:30 for an exciting event.

    You will get a chance to:

     Learn about the fabric design team

     Learn about Fabric Production

     Learn about the Buying Process with one of their fabric manufacturers.

     Vote on new Northcott fabric lines that are coming out

     Have a say on what fabrics will arrive in our shop...so you are a FABRIC BUYER FOR A DAY

    Vic will also do a special presentation on Stonehenge, the #1 selling fabric in the country. You will also see new quilts and projects that are available. Refreshments will be served for those attending the presentations.  Vic will have gifts for you, as well as great door prizes. Also, as a thank you for attending, you will get 10% off all Northcott fabrics in the store, purchased on that day. The presentation is expected to last about 90 minutes.  Space is limited and pre-registration is a must. The cost is only $5.00 which you will get back in the form of a merchandise certificate to be used that night. We look forward to having you here for this FUN and educational Event!

    Confident Beginner to Intermediate

     

    In this fun one-day class, you will complete Letty's Bag, the new darling of the quilted bag patterns on the market today. Made from 3 fabrics, the bag is approx 15 inches tall. It has two interior pockets all the way around the inside bottom, an optional cell phone pocket for the inside, and the big pretty pocket with a decorative button on the outside. The strap runs through 8 big grommets and can be used single across the body, or doubled over the shoulder or arm - either way, when the strap is pulled the bag automatically closes up. When open, it is a lovely big square bag that is easy to load up with your favorite goodies. It can be used as a tote or as a roomy everyday purse. Skill Level: Confident beginner to Intermediate - must be comfortable with using a walking foot.
